I accompanied my 83 year old mum to an appointment with Mr Rai regarding a prolapse. Mr Rai was lovely, he explained what a prolapse was in simple terms so that she could easily understand & after the examination she said she had not been in the least bit embarrassed. Excellent care, thank you.

Mr Rai listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and explained things in detail. He is a very nice doctor. He seems very caring as well. He left the final choice of my procedure up to me.
